Spending an hour online with Liza Baker was like a breath of fresh air during quarantine monotony. I hung on every word she said as she facilitated a thought-provoking discussion on lifestyle choices for our company. She approaches life from a relatable perspective that leaves her audience asking questions. I am looking forward to the next session and in the meantime, am happily incorporating clean eating into my everyday life.

Liza conducted a St. Patrick’s Day-themed cooking workshop for our church’s (virtual) Memory Cafe for people living with brain changes and their care partners. Her tech set-up worked flawlessly—the sound was loud and clear, and we could see her well, just like HGTV. Liza was engaging: while she was cooking, she shared anecdotes about the foods she was using and their health benefits. She was awesome!
