  1. Do you espouse the use of raw eggs for healthy adults? Even though most experts agree they are safe with proper precautions, there’s so much anti-hype even an egg lover like me is a bit hesitant…

    1. This is a decision each individual should make based on their own research. Personally, I would not hesitate to use raw eggs – but I buy pastured eggs from a local farmer whom I trust 100%. Have you heard of “coddling” eggs? It’s a way of heating them gently so that they are still usable in raw recipes.
