In addition to speaking + wellness workshops, employee wellness programs, and 1:1 and group coaching, I offer a number of other programs—individually and in collaboration with my colleagues in health and wellness, in-person and online, live and recorded.
- I run a private Facebook group for women 40+: join us for information and respectful discussions … plus some fun and games! A few times a year, I run challenges in there—ranging from a week to a month, these activities are meant to kickstart your health journey in a variety of ways.
